The nurse recruiter, Kurt Wenger, was welcoming from the very first phone call. He is extremely passionate about ensuring the most appropriate candidates are supporting a very vulnerable population. He alleviated the anxiety that is typically felt in an interview. His energy is amazing; I knew this was a company that I wanted to be a part of. Even after the interview process (I was offered a position), Kurt followed up to make sure that I was comfortable even into the start of orientation. I, again, was reminded that I'm now working for a company that humanizes their employees. His energy is magnetic and KidsPeace is very fortunate to have such an amazing guy.
