Phone interview, after meeting with and at college career fair. I had talked to them for about three years at different career fairs at my school. Kids at my school would use them for any internship but not take the full time jobs. Many of my questions asked were about my willingness to stay with them for a years to come.

Interview process was great. There was an initial call screening with the recruiter , then a local higher up superintendent zoom call, then a double in person interview with a project manager & project sponsor (the project sponsor is the big big boss) all things considered, and espescially my recruiter, the process was amazing. Wonderful people, just very hard work to look forward to and most likely in a very remote location.
