I talked with a representative at a career fair and shared my resume with them. That night i got a message inviting me to interview the following day. The interview lasted 1/2 hour and was a mixture of standard HR questions and a discussion about work experience and the work that Kiewit does.

well in my interview my experience with Kiewit was professional, welcoming, and informative. The conversations helped me better understand the role, company culture, and reinforced my excitement about the opportunity.
Simple, Interviewed at a college career fair. Not many technical questions but more situational. Met with two Kiewit employees in the same field as the job that was being hired for. They provided great insight for not only them to make a good candidate selection but it gave the candidate a good understanding for them to know if it is the right company.
