Met with them a few times over a week. Was asked to come to Omaha for an interview I didn't even apply for. I clearly stated my ability for the role along with my qualifications and skills and they asked me to interview for an accounting based position. After the interview, it took them over a month to get back to me. The recruiting managers are poor with communication and letting candidates know of their status during the process. It was disrespectful for them to bypass my application and interviews to assume I would want a different role.

About an hour long interview. Standard questions about experience, personality, how you would deal with certain situations etc. Not too many behavioral questions. Overall it was not a difficult interview.
