Interview process was pretty good. They don’t make you feel intimidated, they’re laid back and just wanna know what you bring to the table. It was not stressful and better than most places.

Interview process was great. There was an initial call screening with the recruiter , then a local higher up superintendent zoom call, then a double in person interview with a project manager & project sponsor (the project sponsor is the big big boss) all things considered, and espescially my recruiter, the process was amazing. Wonderful people, just very hard work to look forward to and most likely in a very remote location.
