The process was straight forward. The Talent acquisition person reaches out first. Then they set up an interview with the talent aquision rep. The second interview is with a Kiewit personnel and third one is with a manager higher up.

Interview process was great. There was an initial call screening with the recruiter , then a local higher up superintendent zoom call, then a double in person interview with a project manager & project sponsor (the project sponsor is the big big boss) all things considered, and espescially my recruiter, the process was amazing. Wonderful people, just very hard work to look forward to and most likely in a very remote location.
