Phone screening, in which basic questions about the application were asked. They were on time and everything went smoothly. This is the 2nd time I applied with them and never got above the phone screen, maybe. Partly I think because I am an international student.

well in my interview my experience with Kiewit was professional, welcoming, and informative. The conversations helped me better understand the role, company culture, and reinforced my excitement about the opportunity.
Simple, Interviewed at a college career fair. Not many technical questions but more situational. Met with two Kiewit employees in the same field as the job that was being hired for. They provided great insight for not only them to make a good candidate selection but it gave the candidate a good understanding for them to know if it is the right company.
