Very positive. A very thorough and extensive interview that helps them accurately evaluate you and offer you a LOT of insight as to what the company would be like. I was interviewing out of college, so there was on interview on campus (I'm sure this could also be a phone screen for experienced hires). Then onsite was a two day process. The first night you have a group session where you (as a group of candidates) ask questions to current employees about the company. I found them to be honest and very helpful. Then, you go to a dinner where you meet more people from the company and the different employee resource groups available (like the women's group, LGBTQ+ group, etc.). The next morning, you go on a tour of a manufacturing facility. From there, you have four interviews. 3 are all behavioral questions and 1 is a case study where you get a stack of papers to simulate your mock email inbox, and then there is one problem you'll need to solve. Do not worry about this. it is not about getting the answer "right." It's all about your thought process and just making sure you're on the right track. As long as you explain an organized approach, you'll be good.
