A two recruiters to one interviewee interview. They asked a lot of STAR questions, and asked me to explain the situation and how I went about it. The recruiters gave a lot of positive feedback during the interview. It was pretty interactive, and one of the easier interviews that I have had.
I applied online. I interviewed at Kimberly-Clark in Feb 2015
Interview
Interviewed by phone for a Graduate Scheme. Lots of STAR questions so you better prepare some answers before the interview. Very nice lady interviewing. I recommend you check what their business area is and what they do.
Talked to the representative on campus. Was given the on-site invitation the same day. On-site is 2 day event with some networking, plant touring, and interviews. People were very nice and seem to like their jobs.
