I applied online which was uploading CV and cover letter. I was shortlisted for a phone interview which was quite lengthy and difficult. There was a lot of competency based questions. I was then invited to the offices for an interview where I had to prepare a short verbal presentation. The questions were fairly easy and the interview panel were nice. Unfortunately I was told they were only taking internal candidates forward, I asked for feedback on the phone and via email however they said that I'm unlikely to get feedback until mid-feb over a month after my interview. My overall experience was good however not receiving feedback I feel is poor practice.
