Manager seemed like a genuine individual, but not sure about his competence, felt like I knew more than he did with regard to the job requirements. One of the HR people I spoke with was also nice. They were unable to provide information on a path for career growth. I was very excited for the opportunity, however: Process was very transparent, with the exception noted below, I think they are not used to non-Polish candidates that won't accept below-market salaries. Offer significantly underpaid for the requirements and market, as well as what I was told in the screening and they were unwilling to negotiate.
