I applied online. I interviewed at Kimberly-Clark (São Paulo, São Paulo) in Feb 2026
Interview
I participated in a recruitment process for a senior strategic Workforce Consultant position that spanned over 60 days. After advancing through several stages, including an in-depth interview with the Board of Directors, the process entered a state of absolute silence. Despite my proactivity in submitting a detailed strategic plan following our final discussion and several subsequent attempts to follow up via email, I received no response from either the HR department or the leadership involved.
For a company that promotes 'Caring' as a core value, the total lack of feedback—even if negative—after two months of dedication and technical contribution from a candidate reflects a severe failure in governance and a disregard for professional time and intellectual capital. Regrettably, the recruitment experience fails to reflect the image of excellence that the brand seeks to project in the market.
Pros: Strong brand equity and a relevant product portfolio.
Cons: Bureaucratic recruitment process, lack of transparency, and failure to provide feedback in final executive-level stages.
