      Application

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Kimley-Horn (Fort Collins, CO) in Feb 2026

      Interview

Google Teams screening for personality, reason for interest, past relevant experience, preferred roles. Time for questions at end as well. More conversational. Did not do another round of interviews, but I assume it would be an in-person interview.

      Interview

Went in for an internship position and was sent an email showing who I would be interviewing with (2 hr in person with about 6 people in total). I was exhausted at the end, but the people were really cool and they were pretty transparent about their reputation for being pretty demanding. This is only my second engineering interview so I got really nothing to compare to. Good luck
