The interview process was quick, taking 3-4 weeks overall. I had one call with a hiring recruiter and one in-person interview, then was offered the role a few days later. You meet with several people from your department and will get a good sense of how the team operates.

The interview wasn’t difficult, but the process was long and drawn out, requiring a significant time commitment. In the end, no offer was extended and no clear rationale was given. They could definitely use some refinement in their processes, and the delays between steps were unnecessarily long.

Pretty solid interview, kind people who are very very passionate about their workplace. Seemed a little too easy and not too much to explain away while there. Very long though
