      Application

I applied through college or university. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Kimley-Horn in May 2015

      Interview

My interview was during a job fair at my campus. The interview was great and they were friendly. I was interviewed by one engineer and the human resources chief. The interview was more of a "knowing you" type. They will ask for extracurricular activities. They are looking for friendly, easy going people who can work in groups.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

Any bad experience working with others? How did you manage to resolve the issue and what were the results?
