I applied through college or university. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Kimley-Horn (Memphis, TN) in Nov 2018
Interview
I first met Kimley-Horn at my college career fair. I spoke with two company representatives there and later received an email and a phone call to express interest and go over discipline and location preferences. A few weeks later, I was asked to interview in person with each of the teams in the location office. The interview was formal, but relaxed and welcoming. After the formal interview, an office tour and a quick trip to Starbucks with other EITs or "analysts" followed. Everyone was very warm friendly.

They reached out to me during college and set up a phone interview. Asked basic interview questions and were very responsive when it came to my questions. However, they wanted me for a civil position, and I wanted to purse structural so the process for me didn't progress.
Started with a phone Interview with the HR department and then it moves onto an interview with the location that it gets narrowed down to. They have locations all over.
