I spoke to Kimley-Horn at my university's career fair. They took down my information and my resume, and about a week later contacted me to set up an interview. I interviewed at the office and rotated through a few different teams with several "mini interviews". Easy interview, just asked about stuff on my resume, what I wanted to do in my career, and talked about their projects and what the company does. HR was great at keeping in touch for a while but months passed and I never received an official "rejection". Very rude as I gave up my time and energy applying, prepping for the interview, attending the interview, and keeping in touch. Would have been nice if they had just sent a quick note to let me know they were not interested.

They reached out to me during college and set up a phone interview. Asked basic interview questions and were very responsive when it came to my questions. However, they wanted me for a civil position, and I wanted to purse structural so the process for me didn't progress.
Started with a phone Interview with the HR department and then it moves onto an interview with the location that it gets narrowed down to. They have locations all over.
