Contacted by Recruiter the next day. 1st onsite interview the following week and second interview booked 3hrs after 1st interview the week after. 1st interview in office - 2 hrs 2nd interview in office (different location) - 2.5 hrs Interviews were comfortable and not too formal, but lengthy. Met different members of the team and organization. Was asked to reach out to recruiter for information on benefits and recruiting package. That gave me mixed messages. Am I in? Am I not? Why would they provide me benefits and a recruiting package/information when I did not request it? Candidate decision was made 1.5 after my 2nd interview.
