Interview
There are three stages to the interview process. First, a screening call, a virtual interview, and finally, an in-person interview. I made it through the first two and was told they wanted an in-person interview. I was told I would hear back from the recruiter the following Monday. Monday came around, and nothing. I followed up a week after my virtual interview (I was still hopeful), and it has been two weeks with no response. Maybe I got my hopes up, or there was poor communication. Either way, it is incredibly unprofessional to ghost a candidate, regardless if you want to hire them or not.

Fairly easy interview process. Interviewed over the phone about a week later was invited for an office interview. Then invited for a second office interview. The office interviews were easy and the questions were basic and to the point.
