      Application

I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Kimley-Horn in Nov 2010

      Interview

The interview only consisted of very straight-forward questions. The interviewer, knowing that it would be a very selective process, seemed to have already narrowed his list of candidates before the interview. That, along with his questioning, left those on the outside looking in with little chance to impress.
