I asked a connection of mine to help forward my resume to the hiring department. I had a brief interview with their recruiter. They asked me the standard questions about my experience. It seemed like it might be a good fit and I was told I would get more information about moving forward but the recruiter never followed up or responded to my emails. It was frustrating to not hear back, either about a second interview or letting me know that I was not selected
