I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Kimley-Horn in Sep 2024
Interview
I did not formally apply, I was recommended by a friend who works with KH.
I interviewed with HR first over the phone. This took about 30 minutes and was fairly simple. She asked about my job experience and why I was looking for a new role.
After the initial HR interview I was brought to the office for a 3 hour interview. Met with the two department heads and two other higher ups in the department as well.
One of the best interview experiences to date. Very friendly and felt welcomed upon arrival. Questions were pretty general, same as before. Half were questions to mainly field your personality and how you treated your teammates, half were about why I chose to apply there.
They told me I had the job before I walked out the door.
I applied online. I interviewed at Kimley-Horn (Atlanta, GA) in May 2021
Interview
I had an amazing interview process. Speaking with multiple groups from different locations really ensured I had the best possible introduction to the firm as possible. I enjoyed the questions posed that prompted introspection. The staff is incredibly smart and the firm did a wonderful job explaining the position and process.
