Panel Interview with 4 directors asking pretty common questions in a management type of interview. They all took turns asking questions about career history, management style, supervisory experience and so on. I felt pretty comfortable and did well.
Structure interview, not too hard. Just be confident and answer truthfully. If they like you, you will be invited for a second interview. If your second interview is good, they will hire you

Generic questions, nothing tricky or anything to stump you. Concentrated on experience and leadership qualities. How you deal with conflict, cross-group interactions, successes, weaknesses. Interest in position & company. Salary expectations.
