Very laidback and easy. I applied for Site Director but for some reason was interviewed for Lead Teacher. When asked about the credentials for a Site Director I met the requirements except for a certification that the company offers which could have been done at the start of the role. However, a lot of time was spent detailing how to work your way up and how it can be done rather quickly. If I apply for a position that is what I want to interview for, don't try to sell me on something else.
