Question 1

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at KinderCare Learning Centers (Kansas City, MO) in Apr 2023
Interview
Easy and laidback. If you have childcare experience, even as a parent, basic customer service skills, and are a people person you will do great. I actually found the director to be great and would have loved to work for her, but the offer was too low and I found a better paying job in childcare. I would encourage the company to re-consider their starting pay in order to attract high quality candidates.
