Interview
Fairly easy- While it may seem a slightly longer than past interview processes I have experienced in the past, I appreciated the thoughtful approach that was evident throughout the entire interview process. Interviewed/spoke with several people via phone, video call and in person.

Interview
Highly unprofessional. I applied online and I was contacted by a recruiter via email for a phone interview. The interview was scheduled via Calendly. I schedule a time to meet with the recruiter and waited for the phone call. I waited for the call up until the scheduled end time of our meeting (about 30 minutes) and never received the phone call. I double checked email just to be sure they didn't communicate a delay, but there was nothing. Highly unprofessional and have no regard for people's time or resources. Don't take KinderCare too seriously or invest too much of your time -- it will be wasted.

Interview
Very long and tiresome. Went through a 2 month process all to be rejected and say they decided to move on with an internal candidate. But I’m grateful I didn’t get the job because I found a way better with great benefits and higher pay. The interview process should not be longer than 2 weeks.
