Question 1
What experience I had that was applicable to what I was applying for.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at KinderCare Learning Companies
Interview
Highly unprofessional. I applied online and I was contacted by a recruiter via email for a phone interview. The interview was scheduled via Calendly. I schedule a time to meet with the recruiter and waited for the phone call. I waited for the call up until the scheduled end time of our meeting (about 30 minutes) and never received the phone call. I double checked email just to be sure they didn't communicate a delay, but there was nothing. Highly unprofessional and have no regard for people's time or resources. Don't take KinderCare too seriously or invest too much of your time -- it will be wasted.
Made it to round 3 then ghosted with no reason as to why. All 3 interviews went very well. The first 2 were via the phone with HR and last one via zoom with a member of leadership.
