Kinexon Senior Software Engineer C interview questions

Brief call with HR followed by a 45 minute interview with the tech lead for presentations, background, experience and job fit. Next step was a take-home assignment that I delivered promptly within 5 days and from that point on I got completely ghosted, after almost a month of waiting and asking for feedback I gave up and withdrew my application. Asking to deliver a mini-project and then not even bothering to give feedback is just unacceptable and a complete lack of respect. I advise anyone to not do any kind of take-home assignments and instead ask for a live interview with an engineer, companies that take advantage of candidates to do some work for them are unfortunately not uncommon. Also it's worth mentioning that they were the ones approaching me.
