Once HR reviews your application, you'll receive an email inviting you to schedule a time to take a (fairly easy) test. The test is to determine if you have a strong customer service mentality. Once you've passed the test, you'll sit for a little bit while they review your score before calling you into an office to meet with a small panel for an interview (so dress nice for the test). A series of questions to gage if you can demonstrate strong customer service beyond the answers you gave on the test. Very simple and straight-forward interview. If you truly love working with all types of people and can handle a difficult customer once-in-awhile, this is what they want to hear. If you're faking it, they will flush you out. Love driving? Love people? This interview will be a cakewalk - just answer honestly with no need to rehearse your answers or prepare, in all honesty... they are looking for nice people, so be yourself and that will get you everywhere in this interview. The best part is they will extend a conditional offer of employment at the end of the interview. Long-story-short, you will know by the time you leave that day if you will have a job or not.
