A few weeks after I applied online on the King County website, I received an email from someone in the Human Resources department asking if I was interested in coming in for an interview. I returned their call and set up an interview. The interview comprised of four people: two were from management while the others were either co-workers or someone the interviewee will work with. Each person had a question prepared regarding my previous experience and work scenarios on handling various situation.
