The interview process was thorough and involved five rounds over approximately two month. I interviewed with Talent Acquisition, the Manager of Paralegal Services, several Project Assistants and a Paralegal, as well as multiple senior associates and partners. Each interviewer was professional and welcoming, and I appreciated the time they took to speak with me. However, after completing the final round and sending multiple follow-up emails, I did not receive any communication regarding a final decision or any decision at all. The lack of closure after an extensive, multi-stage process was disappointing. Candidates invest significant time and preparation into interviews, and timely communication, even a brief update, would have been appreciated.

I met with HR, the manager of paralegals, a paralegal on the team, and in the final round several members of the practice group as well as someone currently in the role.

Applied online and was emailed to schedule a phone interview a few days later. The HR person I talked to was very friendly and made the whole process great! She told me at the beginning to let her know if I received any offers or needed the process sped up. After the phone interview, which felt more like a conversation, she sent a follow-up email a few days later to schedule a video interview as I was across the country. It was 2 hours long and I met with several HR people, paralegals, and Project Assistants. At the end, I told her I had a competing offer and asked to speed up the process. We moved onto 3rd round the same week where I met with several Partners who I would work under. Again, everyone was very friendly. The final interview was on Friday and I received an offer letter the following Monday. The process lasted about 3 weeks, though feedback from my HR person was almost immediate.
