Laid back, informal interview, not a lot of structure or test on skills. General discussion on cv, past jobs and some training. Interview process really was quite easy. I was surprised not to be asked competency type questions. Was expecting a grilling but wasn't the case at all.
Pretty relaxed interview process through a recruiter, two stages but quick to respond at each stage. Interviewers easy to get along with and able to have more of a discussion than in depth questions
