The interview was in stages. The first two were quick very informal over the telephone with someone I presume was a screener. My third interview was a face to face web interview, asking me about my work experience. My fourth interview was also supposed to be a face to face web one but due to a technical glitch it was only audio. I would not recommend working for this company due to utter lack of consideration to potential employees. All along my over 2 months process, Kira systems displayed encouraging signs that I would satisfy their requirements. Kira Systems was very satisfied with my interview, my testing and at the end asked me to provide a reference, assuring me this was only a formality before I get invited over for a site visit and a very potential job offer. Kira did call my reference, who informed me she gave me a very positive one. The issue is Kira never bothered to inform me that I was not selected. I followed up 1 week after only to be told, they are considering all the candidates and I would be updated. After 2 weeks and no update, I followed up only to be told I was not selected. I informed the Kira representative of their lack of courtesy and respect towards candidates. The representative apologized and sent me a $5 starbucks gift card, which I never accepted.
