I had a call with the HR responsible. She said my skills are experience where very interesting so she would pass me to the second stage. I had to deliver an assessment consisting on a test from which I had to answer certain questions. It was indeed time consuming and complex. In addition to this, I was asked to submit a Power Point presentation in advance (in theory, I was going to deliver that presentation to the hiring manager and his/her team). I did submit the presentation and the assessment a week after. After that, silence. I contacted the recruiter to make sure they receive it, she replied back confirming. I had to get in touch with her to understand the outcome, first contact says she will chase the team, 2nd try (2 weeks after) said they made an offer to someone else and they accepted. I never received feedback on my presentation & assessment, I actually asked for it after this and never got any answer. Prior to my interview, I checked Glassdoor. I read about another candidate for the same position. It seems it happened to her/him the same which makes me think it's the normal practise for this company. In my case, there is not excuse for Christmas period since it was in February. I agree with the previous comment. It is very frustrated because you spend a good time for the assessment and you never get the chance to present it. so... what the point for doing it? Just for the following candidate, bear in mind this comment and the previous one for Customer Success Manager positions.
