Interview with HR was great and really positive. General questions and great explanation about the company and the position. Really motivating interview. Second interview was with the Hiring Manager. The interview was supposed to be a call. In the beginning the manager asked to open the camera, without any notice... lucky I was prepared. She asked to share my background and after a few seconds just interrupted and started asking question. It was a very unpleasant process. Several times was asked about a process and after one or two words I was interrupted. Other times the question looks like the hiring manager was trying to find out how to solve her area problem in the interview, saying that he area has this challenge and is looking for X and Y and what methodology in the market can address that. After 10 minutes interview she said "thank you I have what I need" and hang up. Received a decline for the position after 5 minutes. The experience with HR was great, but the experience with the Hiring Manager was a disaster. Very unprofessional and not respectful. People can be or not a match for the profile you are looking for, and that is no reason for being disrespectful.
