Kira Systems User Experience Research Coordinator interview questions

Interview process was very disorganized. Every interview they had scheduled with me they cancelled because they had mismanaged their time. This was a huge inconvenience for me because I scheduled them originally on my days off from work but they made me reschedule on days I did work. My interview, design test, and design test interview all went very well. I had a great feeling from the employees and the interview process was very conversational because we all had similar design research values and interests. After 3 interviews and the design test, a woman from HR called me on Christmas Eve to tell me that "everyone loved you and you basically have the job." She said she didn't want me to have to worry about finding a job over the Christmas break. I thought that was really thoughtful and nice. She said I just had to meet the CEO and they were trying to expedite this meeting ASAP so I could start right away beginning of January. ...After two weeks of no news (it was the holidays so I wasn't stressed out about that) I wrote them to follow-up. I had the email of a different woman in HR than who I had talked to before, I sent her a message and it bounced back. The email address no longer existed... I emailed the head of design, he said he would call me at a specific time and never did. I tried to call him, I followed up through email. No response, except one odd response at midnight on a weeknight where he said he would call me in the morning... which he did not. After two weeks of trying to figure out what the heck had happened from being offered the job to being given the cold shoulder, I gave up. I would strongly recommend that if they are not planning on offering the job to interviewees in the future, that they do not call them and tell them otherwise. Overall, a pretty unprofessional HR & management experience. This was an incredibly disappointing experience for me. There is no setting for this situation on Glassdoor so I am putting that I got an offer but declined.
