Prescreen HR call, then (1hr) two person panel interview , then an excel test, then another call with HR, then a three person panel (2 hr) interview. Whole process took five weeks in total. I thought everything was going great, then I was ghosted. VERY frustrating.

The questions were not difficult if you are able to speak on the job functions and can relate to the job/industry. Things like "describe your background" and questions like that came up. It is necessary to have strong technical background (excel, sql)
