The General Managers was very kind and informative about the company and policies. We engaged in conversation of the job title, policies, and even spoke about our interests. Overall great employee of the company.

Interview
Very quick and easy process. Applied online and got a call from the store manager asking to schedule a phone interview later that week. During the phone interview she asked me about myself and explained the role, she offered me the job at the end of the call and I started about 1.5 weeks later.

Interview
Applied on-line, contacted by the store assistant manager, less than a week later had 1:1 interview where I was offered the position the same day. Diana the assistant manager makes you immediately feel comfortable and excited about potentially working at such a wonderful store. While I was unable to accept the offer for employment at this time I must say I am most disappointed that I will not get a chance to work with Diana and the other wonderful associates at Kirkland's in Pensacola, Florida.
