The store has very nice visual presnetation and during my search for employment, I had the opportunity to visit a number of store locations. I noticed that there is a lack of diversity among the store employees. I withdrew my application because I felt that the work enviorment would be uncompfortable.

Super easy interview process. Pre-interview phone call with store manager, then show up in person for one interview. As this is a front facing role, the questions are mostly based on customer service.
