Simple easy and stress free. I found myself having a dialogue with persons that respected my experience and didn’t treat me as though I was lying. I had 2 rounds of interviews and was able to get a string understanding of what I was applying for and the needs of the company. Everyone was honest and transparent with the current state of the business to include the projection into the future.
