Applied online, within a week I got a call back and interviewed within a few days. The interview was pretty relaxed, it was like talking with someone you had known for a really long time...basic interview questions about availability, dealing with difficult customers, how to deal with work related conflicts. The only issue I had was that I made it very clear I was unable to work during sundays, (mostly for religion) and she kept pushing and pushing for me to commit to so many sundays a month. At the end, she said she would call me within the next 2 days. Its been way past that and still havent heard back.

They will ask you very basic questions about yourself. Mainly they just want to know an overview of your background and your overall character and work ethic. May be different for manager positions
Super easy interview process. Pre-interview phone call with store manager, then show up in person for one interview. As this is a front facing role, the questions are mostly based on customer service.
