I was called for a 10-15 minute phone screening before being asked to attend an in-person group interview. The interview was set up casually, a circle of chairs in the stock room with a manager asking all of us the same questions. I was called and offered the job a few days after the interview and was asked to fill out paperwork and begin training the next week.

They will ask you very basic questions about yourself. Mainly they just want to know an overview of your background and your overall character and work ethic. May be different for manager positions
Super easy interview process. Pre-interview phone call with store manager, then show up in person for one interview. As this is a front facing role, the questions are mostly based on customer service.
