Interview
I got interviewed by the store manager. She was very friendly and easy going. There were questions about my hobbies. Overall I found the experience very calm and natural. We went to the warehouse area of the store, so I could tell what I was in for just but looking at the back are. It was kind of a mess. It was what you would expect though. I was told we would at times be in charge of cleaning the area and making the area manageable.

They will ask you very basic questions about yourself. Mainly they just want to know an overview of your background and your overall character and work ethic. May be different for manager positions
Super easy interview process. Pre-interview phone call with store manager, then show up in person for one interview. As this is a front facing role, the questions are mostly based on customer service.
