The interview process began with a store walk-in. I asked if they were hiring, and was able to leave my name and number. I was encouraged to complete an online application, and received a call about 2 - 3 weeks later to come in for an in-person interview. The interview itself was quick and painless. Typical questions you would expect in retail, nice store manager and very conversational.
