The interview was very laid back. The questions asked were about how to deal with a difficult customer. The interview felt more like a formality and that I was already hired.

Informal inside the store. Chatted about experience and relative skills. Talked about hourly rate. Talked about busy season and requirements to lift furniture. Laid back meeting on sales floor. Asked about availability , requiring some evening and weekends.

Simple questions with common sense answers, super simple and easy. It was over the phone and they wanted someone who could work and that's it, not other requirements. Lasted maybe 5 minutes and she offered me the job right away.
