Went to a job fair for a new store opening in a few months. The store manager asked simple customer service questions. They asked if I would authorize a background check on the spot. Was offered a position with low offer on the table and no idea of how many hours to be worked. Was told to get more hours by working at other stores when employees don't show up for work get fired etc... Found out they hired everyone and over hired in order to "weed" out the best of the crop. People were in shock at these unprofessional practices.
