Interviewed with store supervisor and district manager. Was kept waiting over 30 min past my interview time. No one came out to let me know they would be right with me. Once inside both took turns asking questions and reviewing my resume.

Interview process was pretty straight forward. However, they did want to test me in the position before allowing me to have it. I declined going through the hiring process in that way. I let they know I was either accepting the position or declining. I was not going to have a temporary try out period.

What could I bring to the table from my previous experience to make the current store more successful?
I was asked my definition of customer service. Also,was asked how I dealt with upset customers. I was asked to walk her through how I would service a customer. They are looking for someone to say they greet, ask what room they are decorating, and follow up with customer before they exit. Invite the customer back.
