Process took less than a week. Pretty easy and laid back, basic retail interview. I applied in person and SM called me a few days later. A few days after the interview she offered me a position, started right away.

They will ask you very basic questions about yourself. Mainly they just want to know an overview of your background and your overall character and work ethic. May be different for manager positions
Super easy interview process. Pre-interview phone call with store manager, then show up in person for one interview. As this is a front facing role, the questions are mostly based on customer service.
