Applied online and got a call the next day to come in for an interview. Went in the next week because I had to go out of town. Met with the Senior Assistant Manager and he was super nice. Also met the store manager as well. Very laid back and relaxed atmosphere. Was told to leave 2 references for them to check and they would get back to me.

They will ask you very basic questions about yourself. Mainly they just want to know an overview of your background and your overall character and work ethic. May be different for manager positions
Super easy interview process. Pre-interview phone call with store manager, then show up in person for one interview. As this is a front facing role, the questions are mostly based on customer service.
