Interview
The interview process was fun and engaging. It was a group interview (4-5 applicants). First, we were asked to introduce ourselves and tell something interesting about US. Then, we were asked to select any item in the store and "SELL" it to the "customer" who was actually the manager or hiring manager. It was a nice change from the typical interview and interview questions. We got to display our personality and selling ability. It was not nerve-racking like other interviews.

They will ask you very basic questions about yourself. Mainly they just want to know an overview of your background and your overall character and work ethic. May be different for manager positions
Super easy interview process. Pre-interview phone call with store manager, then show up in person for one interview. As this is a front facing role, the questions are mostly based on customer service.
